User Agreement
By accessing and using the CTTS Travels website, you agree to comply with and be bound by the following terms and conditions. We kindly encourage you to read them carefully before using our website or making any travel inquiries or bookings through us. If you do not agree with any part of these terms and conditions, please refrain from using this website.
Any use of the CTTS Travels website, or any written communication with CTTS Travels for travel arrangements, tour bookings, transportation services, or related inquiries, confirms that you are at least 18 years of age and that you fully understand and accept these terms and conditions. These terms are designed to ensure transparency, protect all parties involved, and provide a safe and reliable travel experience for our valued customers.
TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF BOOKING YOUR HOLIDAY
A booking with CTTS Travels will be considered confirmed only after we receive your written confirmation together with either the full payment or a non-refundable deposit amounting to 20% of the total value of the travel arrangements. In certain situations, this requirement may be waived solely at the discretion of CTTS Travels.
For bookings made during peak travel seasons, an advance payment of 50% of the total tour value is required in order to secure accommodation, transportation, and other travel services.
If a booking is made within 30 days prior to the arrival date in Sri Lanka, full payment must be completed at the time of confirmation.
The payment of the required deposit or full payment, together with your written confirmation, shall be considered as your acknowledgment and acceptance of the CTTS Travels terms and conditions.
Final Payment
The balance of payment due for Your Travel Arrangements if any must be paid by you not later than 30 days before arrival in Sri Lanka; otherwise we may treat the booking as cancelled by you.
Methods Of Payment
CTTS Travels offers secure and convenient payment options to make your booking process simple and hassle-free. Payments can be made through bank transfers, online payment gateways, or other approved payment methods communicated by our team. All payments must be completed within the specified time period to confirm and secure your travel arrangements. Our goal is to provide a safe, reliable, and smooth payment experience for every traveler.
Price Policy
We offer our clients customised packages of land and / or air services using various suppliers. The price of Your Travel Arrangements is subject to the possibility of changes and surcharges beyond the control of Us and may occur because of governmental action, currency exchange rate fluctuation and increases in suppliers €™ prices as an example. If the price of Your Travel Arrangements is increased by any matters outside our control then you must either pay the additional price to us when we request it or cancel Your Travel Arrangements in accordance with these Booking Conditions.
All prices are provided in United States dollars.
Amendments and Cancellations
Any changes, amendments, or cancellations requested after the commencement of your holiday may result in additional charges or cancellation penalties. Please note that no refunds will be provided for unused services, missed tours, accommodation, transportation, or any part of the travel arrangements once the tour has commenced, regardless of the reason.
While CTTS Travels will make every effort to provide all travel services and arrangements as confirmed, we reserve the right to make reasonable changes to the itinerary, accommodations, transportation, or other travel services without prior notice if considered necessary, advisable, or beyond our control. Such changes will always be made with the intention of ensuring the safety, comfort, and smooth continuation of your journey.
Health,Passports And Visas
It is the responsibility of all travelers and members of your party to ensure that they obtain the necessary vaccinations and seek appropriate medical advice prior to travel. In addition, it is your responsibility to ensure that all passports, visas, and other required travel documents are valid, up to date, and fully compliant with the entry requirements of the destination countries before the commencement of your holiday.
CTTS Travels may, upon request, provide general guidance or recommendations regarding travel requirements; however, the final responsibility for ensuring all documentation and health requirements are met rests solely with the traveler. CTTS Travels shall not be held liable for any issues, delays, or denied travel resulting from the absence of correct or valid travel documents.
INTERNATIONAL AND DOMESTIC AIR BOOKINGS
s Travel Arrangements may be booked to connect with international and domestic air flights it is Your or the travellers responsibility to keep us updated as to flight times and numbers.
TRAVEL INSURANCE
You are strongly advised to take out comprehensive personal travel insurance at the time of booking for all members of your party. It is your responsibility to ensure that the insurance policy you purchase is adequate and provides sufficient coverage for your travel needs.
By confirming your booking, you acknowledge and agree that you have obtained appropriate travel insurance coverage. If required, CTTS Travels may also provide assistance or recommendations regarding personal travel insurance for your stay in Sri Lanka. Please contact us for further details.
RESPONSIBILITY
CTTS Travels acts as a responsible tour operator committed to delivering safe, reliable, and well-organized travel experiences. While we take every reasonable care in arranging transportation, accommodation, tours, and other travel services, all arrangements are made on behalf of the traveler, and service providers such as hotels, airlines, and third-party operators are independently responsible for their own performance.
CTTS Travels shall not be held liable for any loss, injury, delay, accident, or unforeseen circumstances arising from events beyond our control, including but not limited to weather conditions, government actions, or third-party service failures. However, we will always make every reasonable effort to assist and support our clients in resolving any issues that may arise during their journey.
We strongly encourage all travelers to act responsibly, follow local laws and guidelines, and ensure they have adequate travel insurance to cover any unexpected situations during their trip.
COMPLAINTS
We aim to resolve all reasonable complaints regarding the standard of your travel arrangements, accommodation, or services in a fair and amicable manner. If you experience any issue during your trip, you are required to immediately report the matter to the relevant service provider, such as the hotel, transport operator, or airline, in order to give them an opportunity to address and resolve the situation on the spot. At the same time, you should inform your CTTS Travels representative or the travel consultant who handled your booking so that we are kept fully aware of the situation.
If the issue cannot be resolved locally during your journey, you must submit a formal written complaint to CTTS Travels within 28 days of your return home, including all relevant details and supporting information. Please note that failure to follow this procedure may affect our ability to investigate the matter thoroughly and provide an appropriate resolution, as it limits our opportunity to address the issue with the relevant service providers.
CTTS Travels continuously strives to improve its services and offerings, and we greatly value your feedback. A customer feedback or survey form may be provided after your journey, and we encourage you to share your experience to help us enhance the quality of our future services.
